Women's Group
We live in a world that places endless, often confusing, demands on us . In Women’s Group we
will guide you towards discovering your own inner wisdom. We will teach you to identify and trust
your wants, needs, feelings, thoughts, body sensations, choices and intuitions.
Time: Fridays, 8:00 - 10:00pm

Vision Retreat for Parents-To-Be
A time away from worldly concerns to focus on and honor the transformation of a couple into a
family.
The change from couple to family is a huge inner and outer transformation. Taking a few hours
away from the bustle of daily life to prepare for this change can help busy couples manage this
transition with joy and a feeling of calmness. Staying connected to one’s partner in the midst of this
life-altering experience of caring for a newborn (and later a toddler or preschooler) can be difficult if
we have not set a strong intention together. Through a variety of activities, movements, artistic
encounters and conversations, you will:
